About The Position

The Global Head of Communications will be the company’s founding communications leader, shaping how the company, its physical AI foundation model, and its founders are understood as the company emerges from stealth. The role will lead the public launch, establish the company’s presence in the global AI conversation, and build credibility with media, technical talent, industry partners, and the public. Working directly with the founders and technical leadership, this person will build the global communications function, combining strategic ownership with hands-on execution. The role will lay the groundwork for a small team across the US and Munich, manage the Munich-based communications hire, and coordinate external agencies and specialist partners. It owns communications strategy and execution across the US and Europe, including the stealth launch and subsequent product, funding, and partnership announcements. The role also involves advising leadership on public perception, sensitive communications, and emerging debates around AI and robotics. Regular travel to the Munich headquarters and meaningful time on-site with the team are expected.
