Join Sanofi's Immunology Franchise as we prepare to transform the treatment landscape for IgG4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD) with rilzabrutinib. As the Global HCP Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the healthcare professional (HCP) marketing strategy from prelaunch through launch and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to build a comprehensive omnichannel marketing program for a groundbreaking therapy in a rare disease indication with significant unmet medical need. Reporting directly to the Global Indication Lead, you will be responsible for developing disease state awareness, crafting compelling HCP messaging, and deploying innovative marketing campaigns that leverage cutting-edge technologies including AI-enabled solutions, while liaising with country affiliates to ensure affiliate feedback and perspective to support the global to local marketing model. You will work at the intersection of science, strategy, and creativity to ensure HCPs are informed, engaged, and equipped to identify and treat patients with IgG4-RD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience with demonstrated progression of responsibility
  • Proven track record in HCP marketing, preferably in specialty care, rare disease, or immunology/rheumatology therapeutic areas
  • Experience leading prelaunch and launch marketing activities for innovative therapies
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing principles and digital engagement strategies
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Demonstrated experience planning and facilitating advisory boards and/or strategic steering committees
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory environment and promotional review processes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans and translate them into actionable campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global HCP marketing strategy for rilzabrutinib in IgG4-RD across prelaunch and launch phases
  • Define HCP segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies based on deep understanding of the treatment landscape and customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, and Commercial Operations to ensure integrated execution
  • Partner with regional and local marketing teams to adapt global strategies for local markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Design and implement comprehensive disease state awareness campaigns to increase recognition and diagnosis of IgG4-RD among relevant HCP audiences
  • Develop educational content and programs that address knowledge gaps in disease pathophysiology, clinical presentation, and diagnostic criteria
  • Build strategic partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and advocacy organizations to amplify disease awareness efforts
  • Seamlessly collaborate with market research and CI functions to generate deep HCP, competitive, and market insights that inform strategy development
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate HCP Advisory Boards, bringing together key opinion leaders and clinical experts to gather strategic input on disease state, unmet needs, messaging, and marketing approaches
  • Design and lead Strategic Steering Committees (SSCs) to align cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders on brand strategy and marketing priorities
  • Synthesize insights from advisory boards, steering committees, and market research into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain a continuous insights generation framework to ensure marketing strategies remain grounded in current HCP needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence
  • Partner with global and local teams to ensure insights are integrated into campaign development, messaging platforms, and omnichannel strategies
  • Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to incorporate insights on the competitive landscape and therapeutic area trends into strategic planning for the rilzabrutinib IgG4-RD program
  • Create compelling, evidence-based messaging platforms and communication strategies tailored to diverse HCP audiences (rheumatologists, immunologists, specialists)
  • Lead the development of omnichannel marketing campaigns integrating digital, in-person, and hybrid engagement tactics
  • Oversee the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials including detail aids, websites, congress materials, and educational resources
  • Ensure all materials comply with regulatory, legal, and medical review requirements
  • Design and implement integrated omnichannel customer engagement strategies that deliver seamless, personalized HCP experiences across all touchpoints
  • Leverage AI technologies and advanced analytics to optimize targeting, content personalization, channel selection, and campaign performance
  • Explore and pilot innovative digital solutions including AI-powered chatbots, predictive analytics, virtual engagement platforms, and next-generation HCP portals
  • Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, HCP engagement, and brand performance
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation across initiatives
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Medical Affairs, ensuring scientific rigor and medical accuracy in all HCP communications
  • Partner with Market Access teams to develop value messaging and support payer engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with Patient Advocacy to ensure patient voice is integrated into HCP education efforts
  • Work closely with Sales teams to enable field force effectiveness through training and promotional tools
