We’re seeking a Global Generator Value Stream Training and Qualification Leader within our manufacturing team. The Training Development and Coordination Leader is responsible for designing, developing, updating, and coordinating comprehensive training and operator qualification materials to support program and operational needs. This role works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and internal organizations to ensure high-quality training content is created, maintained, and published effectively. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or field services operations/technical role OR High School/GED plus 10 years manufacturing or field services operations/technical experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%, domestically & internationally
  • Candidate will be situated in the EST / CST states

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of curriculum development and adult learning principles.
  • Experience developing multimedia training content, including videos and visual training aids.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training materials, including: Curriculum and syllabus
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including: Trainee materials
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including: Trainer materials
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including: Train-the-Trainer (TTT) materials and videos
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including: Training mock-ups and consumables drawings
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including: Operator Qualification Standards, including hands-on and written examinations
  • Coordinate SME support for training classes to ensure technical accuracy and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Review and update training materials based on program feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business or operational requirements.
  • Partner with the 1P1P organization to publish training and operator qualification materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all training and qualification materials align with organizational standards, program requirements, and learning objectives.
  • Support the continuous improvement of training programs by incorporating stakeholder input and best practices in instructional design.
