Fuel your passion The Value Stream Leader – Aftermarket Business customer-facing operation owner responsible for execution of fast standardized product, repeatable production lanes and predictable delivery of configured products. This leader drives flow, takt adherence, and operational efficiency while enabling late-point identification to maximize responsiveness without disrupting production stability. The role focuses on throughput, cost control, and schedule discipline and leads complex order management, dynamic prioritization, and cross-functional coordination to meet unique customer commitments while protecting profitability. As a Value Stream Leader, you will be responsible for: Customer Activation & Ownership Serving as primary customer advocate and escalation point. Owning delivery commitments and schedules. Leading kickoff, status, and recovery plans. Proactively managing expectations. Flow & Throughput Ownership Owning end-to-end execution from order release to shipment. Designing and maintaining flow‑based production systems. Managing WIP limits and bottleneck removal. Maintaining takt adherence and schedule stability. Optimizing line balancing and staffing. Demand & Capacity Management Working with support function on level‑loading demand through S&OP and master production planning. Setting daily and weekly production plans. Working with supporting functions to make overtime, staffing, and outsourcing decisions. Protecting schedule from disruptions and unplanned work. Order Prioritization Prioritizing orders based on standard service rules. Minimizing expedites and firefighting. Ensuring predictable promise dates. Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement Leading CSRs and/or Project Managers. Running daily tier meetings and visual management. Supporting Lean and Kaizen initiatives. Working with supporting functions to reduce cycle time, changeover time, and waste. Primary KPIs Achieving On‑Time Delivery (OTD). Improving Customer Satisfaction Score. Reducing Lead Time and increasing Throughput Rate. Maintaining Schedule Adherence. Improving Labor Efficiency and reducing Conversion Cost. Increasing Inventory Turns and reducing WIP Days. Improving First Pass Yield and reducing Scrap Rate. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience working with cross-functional teams. Have understanding of production planning, scheduling, and capacity management. Have ERP/MRP system experience. Have demonstrated success improving delivery and operational KPIs. Have experience in customer-facing roles. Have 5+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership role. Requirements
