About The Position
The Global Finance Talent Development Supervisor plays a pivotal role in implementing and advancing the Global Finance talent strategy. This position collaborates closely with the Finance leadership team and HR to oversee key initiatives, including: Talent development and engagement programs The Global Finance Internship Program Human Capital Data Analysis & Reporting: Performance, Merit, Career This role supports consistent application of global talent practices across the Finance function. The Talent Development Supervisor works in partnership with the Finance Talent Development Manager and the Global Global Finance HRBP team by leveraging talent data insights to support effective decision making, along with the execution of effective program management and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
- Must be willing and available to work flexible shifts.
