Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated success in an operations or engineering operations role, preferably in the cloud infrastructure space.
  • Strong understanding of planning and resource modeling, infrastructure utilization, and consumption-based environments.
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable business impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML environments, or large-scale distributed systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with hyperscale cloud platforms or large-scale infrastructure solutions
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing workloads

Responsibilities

  • Supporting teams with hiring planning, workforce analytics, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Translating complex technical data into clear, executive-level insights and presentations.
  • Building impactful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
