I2X Technologies is seeking a Computer Operations Support Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements

  • Minimum Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
  • Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+ , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP).
  • Candidate will be responsible to maintain DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
  • Experience in system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows).
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components.
  • Experienced in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge of Missile Defense Systems
  • Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA)
  • Experience using Confluence and Jira
  • Basic scripting (Bash)
  • Active Directory experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense.
  • Provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local hardware, software and networks.
  • Document and report all events/issues to leadership.
  • Receive tasking and direction from the leadership for all operations, test & real world events.
  • The candidate will also assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
  • Operates and sustains the mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as required.
