I2X Technologies is seeking a Computer Operations Support Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will be on-site and will require an active TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements

Minimum Active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
Must possess a DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, SecurityX, CCNA Security, CySA+ , GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISSP).
Candidate will be responsible to maintain DoD 8140 certification for the full contract period.
US Citizenship is required.
Sound background and experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
Experience in system and/or network administration that include the following (UNIX, Linux, and Windows).
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software components.
Experienced in data flow usage and ability to troubleshoot with internal and external agencies to establish network connectivity.

Nice To Haves

Experience and knowledge of Missile Defense Systems
Linux Certification (Linux Essentials, Linux+, LPIC-1, RHCSA)
Experience using Confluence and Jira
Basic scripting (Bash)
Active Directory experience

Responsibilities

Perform daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment enabling Space Domain Awareness and Space Defense.
Provide first level technical support to the customer and perform initial troubleshooting of all local hardware, software and networks.
Document and report all events/issues to leadership.
Receive tasking and direction from the leadership for all operations, test & real world events.
The candidate will also assist in maintenance of user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.
Operates and sustains the mission systems and/or training systems environment for operational and training missions.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
