This role is one of five Computer Operations Analysts on the IT Operations team, which also includes two Computer Operations Engineers. The team is responsible for enterprise-wide job scheduling, workload automation, batch processing, and operational monitoring that supports business-critical systems and services for WoodmenLife Members. The Computer Operations Analyst serves as a key link between application development, systems engineering, and operations, ensuring production processes run reliably, accurately, and on schedule. WoodmenLife is seeking a Computer Operations Analyst to help ensure the stability and reliability of our enterprise production environment. In this role, you’ll monitor and manage scheduled job processes, respond to job failures, and work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys identifying abnormal job behavior, following well-documented procedures, and knowing their work directly supports critical business outcomes.
