We're looking for a Global Employee Experience Specialist to own the physical and cultural heartbeat of our six global offices and our virtual employee experience. This is an individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of facilities, culture, and employee experience – someone who thinks proactively, works across functions with ease, and takes genuine pride in creating environments and moments that make people feel like they belong. You'll drive the day-to-day onsite experience across all six of our global office locations, making sure every office feels welcoming, functional, and reflective of our culture – while also partnering with People leadership to bring our virtual employee experience to life for our global workforce. From Employee Resource Groups and internal events to facilities and vendor management, this role touches every part of how our people experience work at Pantheon. As we continue to grow, you'll also play a supporting role in office expansion, helping ensure new locations are set up with the same care and consistency as our existing ones. In office 1-2 days a week, quarterly travel to other office locations
