About The Position

The Global Account Customer Success Manager leads the post-sale experience for a portfolio of strategic global accounts—driving adoption, value realization, and retention. This role is US Remote, working cross-functionally across regions and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise/global accounts
  • Proven experience leading QBRs / EBRs with executives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority
  • Experience with CRM/CS tools (Salesforce, Gainsight)

Responsibilities

  • Owning the global post-sale customer journey (onboarding → adoption → retention)
  • Leading QBRs / EBRs with executive stakeholders
  • Building and executing outcome-based Success Plans
  • Driving adoption and aligning to measurable KPIs
  • Monitoring customer health and mitigating risks
  • Partnering with Sales, Services, Support, and Product
  • Elevating customer feedback into product and roadmap discussions
