About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Global Command Center Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining security operations by monitoring systems, detecting threats, and responding to incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong observation skills, attention to detail, and high-level computer proficiency. As a Supervisor, you will oversee security operations from our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Requirements

2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment as a supervisor
2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control
New York Security License required
Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong report writing skills
Strong proficiency with technology

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity using Genetec
Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors using CCURE 9000
Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
