As a Global Change Facilitator within the Quality Phorum, you will bring together senior leaders from the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies to address shared industry challenges, build consensus, and create practical solutions to enhance quality across the sector. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about collaboration, adept at translating complex ideas into clear actions, and skilled at influencing change without direct authority. BioPhorum is a unique global collaboration community comprising over 150 life science organizations, including 18 of the world's top 20 biopharma companies. The Quality Phorum, established in 2024, ensures the strategic voice of Quality is prominent throughout the industry. Under the guidance of senior global quality leaders, collaborative programs aim to accelerate quality transformation, reduce the total cost of quality through smarter, risk-based approaches, leverage digital technologies and AI, strengthen partnerships across the product lifecycle, anticipate regulatory trends, improve inspection readiness, and build future-ready quality organizations capable of leading innovation. As a Global Change Facilitator, you will be central to these discussions, assisting experts in benchmarking best practices, challenging existing thinking, and co-creating industry guidance that yields significant impact. This role transcends traditional project management, involving the design and facilitation of engaging workstreams where global subject matter experts collaborate to solve intricate problems. You will foster environments where diverse perspectives converge into shared solutions, ensuring every discussion leads to clear outcomes and measurable value.

Requirements

• Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs or consulting
• Project or change management experience in complex, collaborative environments
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Confidence facilitating discussions with senior leaders and subject matter experts
• A collaborative mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
• Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving organisation

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative workstreams from concept through to delivery
• Guide members to develop publications, benchmarking studies, proof of concepts and industry guidance
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across global biopharma
• Lead impactful virtual and face-to-face meetings and international events
• Translate complex technical discussions into practical, accessible outputs
• Monitor engagement, identify emerging themes and keep workstreams progressing
• Capture and communicate the value generated through collaboration
