About The Position

Sixth Street is seeking a full-time Global Capital Markets Associate for its market-leading Global Capital Markets team. The role is based in New York and supports portfolio companies and, to a lesser degree, third parties in raising capital through debt and equity markets. The team also handles many legacy Strategic Partnerships & Originations responsibilities, including bank and advisor coverage, supporting firm teams with sourcing and new business development, and working with senior executive groups that have relationships with Sixth Street. This is a broad, cross-firm capital markets role rather than an underwriting position or a role siloed into a single product or sector. The Associate will work across teams and develop the ability to screen opportunities and navigate deal processes; ultimate investment decisions are not part of the role.
