About The Position

The Global Business Process Manager will be responsible for managing projects, mentoring other project managers, and developing best practices in project management. This role involves defining project scope and objectives, organizing resources, managing budgets, and proactively addressing risks and changes. The position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent four-year degree.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in an IT Project Management, Business Process Management, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficient in SAP (ERP/EWM) required.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.
  • Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.
  • Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects by leveraging Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) skills, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other project managers within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Apply project management methodologies and develop best practices and tools for efficient project execution.
  • Define project scope and objectives, and effectively organize project resources to achieve project goals.
  • Develop project budgets and maintain a close watch on costs versus actuals, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Track and communicate risks, issues, tasks, and lessons learned, ensuring transparency and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify and manage project scope and changes following standard project management methodologies, ensuring project alignment and success.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify, document, and resolve project-related problems, driving project success.
