About The Position

Our Business Development team is the engine of our expansion, tasked with introducing the security of narrow banking to the world’s most complex financial ecosystems. We don’t just find leads; we build ecosystems of trust. We are looking for a high-autonomy, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across global markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you will be a "Hunter" with a systems-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between traditional banking infrastructure and the needs of modern, high-velocity firms, ensuring our "Meet me @ N3XT" referral engine drives exponential growth across the fintech, treasury, and digital asset sectors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Fintech, with a proven track record of operating in high-growth, high-stakes environments.
  • Direct experience working within Banking, Traditional Finance (TradFi), or the Crypto/Web3 ecosystem is required. You must speak the language of liquidity, treasury, and digital assets.
  • A rare blend of aggressive lead generation hunger and the professional polish required to command the attention of C-suite executives.
  • A belief that a clean CRM, a rigorous process, and a solid referral kit are the most effective tools for scaling a global brand.
  • The ability to navigate international markets and identify opportunities for exponential growth within a remote-first, decentralized structure.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep existing network within Global Shipping, Cross-border Payroll, or Institutional Crypto Trading.
  • Previous experience managing "land and expand" referral programs or complex Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience with API-driven financial products or B2B SaaS sales.

Responsibilities

  • Executing sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategies to engage institutional players and mid-to-large tier firms in high-velocity sectors.
  • Implementing a systematic "Meet me @ N3XT" process to ensure our clients become our strongest advocates, turning every onboarded firm into a node for new partner referrals.
  • Pitching CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders, navigating the nuances of complex cross-border financial needs and narrow banking value propositions.
  • Owning the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and conferences—from pre-event executive meeting setting to on-the-ground pitching and rapid post-event onboarding.
  • Designing bespoke "Referral Kits" and high-level pitch decks that translate our value proposition into various economic and regulatory contexts.
  • Maintaining total ownership of the sales stack and CRM, utilizing data to track leading indicators and refine our global acquisition playbook.
