Global Business Line Strategy Director
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as the Global Business Line Strategy Director - part of the Ford Land team. This dynamic individual is responsible for cultivating and managing the strategic relationship between Ford Land and key business line stakeholders within Ford Motor Company. As such, this individual will integrate the Ford Motor Company business strategy with Ford Land’s global operational platform (including, planning, design, project management, real estate and finance). The Global Business Line Strategy Director is at the intersection of Ford Motor Company’s most important initiatives and will deliver with support from a collaborative team providing global consistency, spending optimization, and employee care and experience.

Responsibilities
- Cultivating and managing the strategic relationship between Ford Land and key business line stakeholders within Ford Motor Company.
