Access & Systems Support is a dual-function role within the Service & Support pillar of the Operations and Fusion Center – Technology Services team. This position primarily supports badging operations, cardholder management, and access control administration, while also contributing to the “Run” function of security technologies, including physical access control and video management systems. The role is designed to bridge access management operations and technical system support, ensuring continuity of service, improved coordination across teams, and support coverage.
