About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, seasoned and high-energy Alliance Manager to own, manage, and scale our NVIDIA GTM strategy. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Ecosystems, the NVIDIA Global Alliance Director will sit at the pinnacle of Hammerspace’s technical and strategic expansion into the AI market through our Partnership with NVIDIA. In this role, you will lead the execution of our joint business plans, focusing on the Hammerspace AI Data Platform solution, which aligns directly with the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design. You will bridge both organizations—uniting sales, marketing, product and engineering teams to accelerate technology integration, demand generation, field execution, and joint revenue.

Requirements

  • 10+ years managing high-value hardware, software, or cloud ecosystem technology alliances.
  • Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem, GPU infrastructure, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, enterprise storage and parallel file systems.
  • Deep, functional understanding of the NVIDIA product stack, enterprise strategy, and partner programs.
  • Track record of building trusted advisor status with NVIDIA product managers and sales executives.
  • Data-driven with strong project management abilities required to analyze, navigate & execute complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills designed for technical and executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience managing a tier-1 alliance relationship at or with NVIDIA.
  • Successful experience working with NVIDIA’s Distributors, Solutions Providers, Neloclouds, Sovereign Clouds, Systems Integrators and Value-Added Resellers.
  • Familiarity with containerized environments, Kubernetes, and machine learning pipelines.
  • Background working in fast-growing, agile, venture-backed enterprise software companies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact between Hammerspace and NVIDIA partner leadership.
  • Establish and lead structured executive business reviews (EBRs) and team syncs.
  • Align teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to maximize revenue and influence in strategic deals.
  • Position Hammerspace as the preferred data platform within the NVIDIA AI ecosystem.
  • Maximize Hammerspace’s engagement within the NVIDIA Inception program.
  • Drive co-sell pipeline development and joint software-defined infrastructure wins.
  • Deliver joint messaging, collateral, and training programs to both field organizations.
  • Collaborate with authorized Hammerspace channel partners to sell validated solutions.
  • Coordinate high-impact joint marketing efforts at major industry events like NVIDIA GTC.
  • Manage GTM initiatives built around the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design.
  • Coordinate roadmap alignment involving technologies like NVIDIA GPUDirect Storage (GDS).
  • Align software development priorities to integrate with NVIDIA NIM and NeMo Retriever.
  • Gather technical requirements from the field to influence engineering teams.
