About The Position

Performance Contracting is seeking a Glazing Foreman for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. This individual will be responsible for overall crew safety, performance, productivity, and work quality for assigned projects. They will collaborate with the superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution, and closeout. The role involves using look-ahead schedules, manpower forecasts, and project specifications to optimize scheduling of material, manpower, and crew mix. The Foreman will systematically direct and assign crew field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance, and workplace safety. Creating and maintaining positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co-workers, and customers is essential for effectiveness and efficiency. The position requires conveying a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of the branch and corporation, and using available technology to perform job tasks efficiently. The role demands a constant state of alertness and safe performance of all job duties and associated work functions. On-the-job training is offered. This position is safety-sensitive.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
  • A track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Managed a crew size of 15+ craftsmen
  • Understanding of curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing systems
  • Proficient in quality control
  • Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
