About The Position

Center For Sight, a leading multi-specialty eye care group, is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Glaucoma Specialist to join their fully integrated provider team and support staff. The role involves working within an expanding team of 5 ophthalmologists and 17 optometrists across 10 clinics and an AAAHC certified ophthalmic surgery center. The practice utilizes a vertically integrated OD & MD eye care model and offers a high-volume practice with a favorable payor mix. The position includes significant surgical volume and procedures such as 500+ cataracts, substantial glaucoma volume, MIGS, iDose, and clinical trials, supported by a dedicated team of work-up technicians and diagnostic support. The location in Sarasota, FL, offers coastal living, beautiful beaches, and no state income tax.

Requirements

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Ophthalmologist.
• Fellowship training in Glaucoma.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida.
• Strong surgical skills in cataract and glaucoma procedures.
• Experience with MIGS and iDose.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in clinical trials.
• Familiarity with a vertically integrated OD & MD eye care model.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for glaucoma patients.
