About The Position
Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to step into a fully built, high-demand practice in Seattle. This is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network with immediate and sustained patient demand. The role offers the chance to perform high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology, manage a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology with cataract integration, and collaborate with a large, loyal OD referral network. The position also involves driving continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program. This role is different due to day-one surgical volume, a proven referral engine, optimized clinic flow for higher earnings, a collegial physician-led culture, and true work-life balance with opportunities for leadership.
Requirements
- Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
- Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
- Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
- Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
- Strong communicator who values team-based care
