Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join their practice in Seattle. This is a unique opportunity to step into a fully built, high-demand practice with an established referral network, offering immediate and sustained patient demand. The role is designed for a surgeon who wants to operate at scale, maximize income, and practice alongside respected colleagues. Requirements
- Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
- Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
- Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
- Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
- Strong communicator who values team-based care
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology
- Manage a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology, with cataract integration
- Collaborate with a large, loyal OD referral network
- Help drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program
