About The Position

Viracon LLC is continuously hiring entry-level Production Associates to support our night shift operations in Owatonna, MN. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You will work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. This is an entry-level role with no prior manufacturing experience required. Requirements

• Dependable
• Able to work a night shift schedule
• Able to follow instructions
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years (1 year preferred)
• Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months
• Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge
• High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana
• Ability to safely lift 50–60 lbs on a regular basis
