About The Position

Viracon LLC is continuously hiring entry-level Production Associates to support our day shift operations in Owatonna, MN. This role supports manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. This is an entry-level role, and no prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a day shift schedule, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required. Viracon offers stable schedules, consistent hours, training, and opportunities for advancement. Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years (1 year preferred)
• Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months
• Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge
• High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana
• Ability to safely lift 50–60 lbs on a regular basis
