Location: 672 Breezy Point Road La Crosse, WI 54603 Starting Wage: $18.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential Shift: Rotating days: 6:00pm – 6:00am Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend: Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours Typical Day in the Role: The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include: Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations Cross-training in other roles across the production environment Problem solving issues that arise Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
Responsibilities
- Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
