About The Position

MY Shower Door is hiring an entry-level Glass Installation Technician to install custom frameless glass shower enclosures in residential homes. The company provides hands-on training and mentorship for coachable, mechanically inclined candidates, including those with experience in trades such as carpentry, tile, drywall, plumbing, or remodeling. Technicians work in two-person teams, interact professionally with homeowners, and deliver precise, watertight installations while following company safety and quality standards. This is field-based work at residential job sites across local markets, generally in finished bathrooms in new or remodeled homes. The work is detail-oriented and varied, with regular customer interaction and physical activity. MY Shower Door is a family-owned Florida company that describes itself as a specialist installer rather than a subcontractor and offers a career path from Installer to Lead Installer, Supervisor, and Installation Manager.
