About The Position
Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking an experienced Estimator for a rapidly growing commercial glass and glazing contractor. This organization specializes in challenging commercial projects and is looking for someone who thrives on technical work, complex systems, and large-scale commercial construction. The role involves supporting continued growth across complex commercial projects. Remote opportunities are available, with a preference for candidates in Western or Central U.S. time zones for collaboration.
Requirements
- Commercial Glass & Glazing Estimating Experience
- Strong understanding of storefront and curtain wall systems
- Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and bid preparation
- Knowledge of commercial construction documents and specifications
- Experience reviewing plans and identifying project risks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with GDS (Primary Estimating Platform), LogiKal, or Glazier Studio / Laser Studio
