About The Position
Our client, a leading global creative agency known for shaping culture and driving brand growth through advertising, experiential, and PR is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented General Ledger (GL) Accountant. This role sits in our Philadelphia office and partners closely with finance teams across our international network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of general accounting experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP software is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close duties, prepare accurate journal entries, and handle financial reporting.
- Conduct account reconciliations for balance sheets and manage intercompany transactions.
- Oversee cash flow by monitoring daily bank activity and preparing forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and maintain ledger integrity.
- Support compliance with internal financial policies and assist with ad-hoc projects.
