This role operates under the Administrator’s office to ensure that GIS efforts across all TLMA departments — and with external partners including the Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) and regional agencies — are coordinated, non-duplicative, and strategically aligned. The position is designed to function with organizational independence, serving all TLMA departments equitably and without advocacy for any single department’s interests. Under direction, performs advanced, professional-level Geographic Information System (GIS) work involving system analysis, data architecture, application development, and enterprise coordination.
