You will work at the intersection of GIS + Drones . You will collect and process aerial data, manage GIS datasets, create interactive maps, and help integrate drone, survey, engineering data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of GIS/geospatial experience.
2+ years of hands-on drone/UAV experience.
2+ years of ArcGIS Pro experience.
Experience with aerial imagery and drone mapping/photogrammetry.
Strong understanding of coordinate systems, projections, georeferencing, and spatial data accuracy.
Experience working with GIS, CAD, survey, or engineering data.
Experience in construction, transportation, infrastructure, surveying, geotechnical, water, or environmental projects.
Experience with DJI Terra, Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Metashape , or similar platforms.
AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience.
ArcGIS Online / Enterprise experience.
Experience with Power BI, ArcGIS Dashboards, Python, SQL, or web GIS.
Commercial/professional drone pilot certification or authorization, where applicable.

Responsibilities

Manage, clean, analyze, and maintain GIS datasets for infrastructure and construction projects.
Create professional maps, exhibits, dashboards, and web maps using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
Work with shapefiles, GeoJSON, KML/KMZ, geodatabases, CAD, survey, and raster data.
Ensure spatial accuracy, coordinate systems, georeferencing, and data quality.
Operate drones/UAVs for aerial mapping, construction monitoring, infrastructure inspection, and site documentation.
Plan and execute drone missions and collect high-resolution imagery.
Process imagery into orthomosaics, point clouds, DEMs, DSMs, and 3D models.
Integrate drone data with GIS, CAD, Civil 3D, BIM, and project applications.
Support construction progress, asset mapping, inspections, change detection, and site analysis.
