About The Position
The Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of skills, rules, coaching strategies, and experience with all aspects of the game. This role also requires experience working with high school-age children. The coach will be responsible for in-house recruitment, communication with parents and families, program promotion, skill and team development, instruction, practice plans, and games.
Requirements
- Complete knowledge and understanding of skills, rules, coaching strategies and experience with all aspects of the game
- Experience working with high school-age children
- Previous coaching experience in that sport at the high school, college or private club levels
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course completion
- Completed state of MA required criminal background check, including CORI and national criminal background check by way of fingerprint
