About The Position
The Girls Varsity Soccer Coach is responsible for all aspects of the soccer program, including in-house recruitment, communication with parents and families, program promotion, skill and team development, instruction, and the planning and execution of practices and games. This role requires a complete understanding of the game's skills, rules, and coaching strategies, along with experience working with high school-aged children.
Requirements
- Complete knowledge and understanding of skills, rules, coaching strategies and experience with all aspects of the game
- Experience working with high school-age children
- Previous coaching experience in that sport at the high school, college or private club levels
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Completed NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course
- Completed state of MA required criminal background check, including CORI and national criminal background check by way of fingerprint
