Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach McLean School ( mcleanschool.org ), a K-12 co-educational independent school in Potomac, Maryland, seeks applicants for the Head Coach for Girls Varsity Basketball position. Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership to the Varsity Program
• Oversee the entire Girls Basketball Program, including our Middle School and Junior Varsity Program
• Serve as an Ambassador for the School and the Program by connecting and following up with interested scholar-athletes and families
• Conduct out-of-season programs within league rules such as strength and conditioning, summer leagues, and pre- and post-season workouts
• Embrace the Core Values of McLean School and model behaviors consistent with those values
