Requirements
- CPR Certified.
- NFHS concussion course
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience coaching soccer
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Planning all areas of their team.
- Lead and assist their coaching staff in coordinating efforts toward a single program goal and ensuring compliance with rules at all levels.
- Analyze game strategy.
- Implementation of skill development.
- Coverage on bus trips.
- Video analysis of games.
- Statistical analysis of games.
- Attend all league and local, district, and state meetings when necessary.
- Oversee the contact of local youth groups to promote their respective sports in town.
- Planning award ceremonies and individual award winners.
