About The Position

Based in Dallas, USA, this full-time role leads the delivery and growth of Manchester City Girls Youth Programmes across North Texas. You will play an important role in shaping high-quality football experiences for young players while supporting coaching standards, programme growth and operational delivery across multiple venues. Within our Football Education team, we deliver programmes that bring Manchester City’s coaching philosophy and methodology to life across global football environments. In North Texas, our Girls Programmes continue to grow, supporting player development and creating positive football experiences for players across a range of ages and abilities.

Requirements

UEFA B Licence or equivalent
Understanding of player pathways and youth football development
Experience delivering and developing football coaching programmes
Ability to build positive relationships with players, parents and stakeholders
Experience supporting and developing coaches within team environments
Collaborative and organised approach across operational and football environments

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day delivery of Girls Youth Programmes across Dallas, ensuring coaching, operations and programme activity are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Support programme planning, logistics, quality assurance and football delivery across multiple venues.
Coach selected teams throughout the year.
Oversee football development activity in line with City Football Group coaching methodology and programme standards.
Support the management and development of coaching staff.
Maintain positive relationships with players, parents, venues and wider stakeholders.
Contribute to the continued growth of Girls Programmes across North Texas, supporting new initiatives, programme expansion and collaborative working across Football Education operations teams.
Create a positive and engaging football environment for players and coaches through organisation, communication and leadership.
