About The Position
Springs Charter Schools is seeking a Girls Basketball Head Coach for its Temecula Student Center. The position involves coaching high school basketball and teaching sportsmanship and teamwork while maintaining a kind and positive approach toward athletes, coaches, referees, and spectators. The ideal candidate understands basketball, manages team preparation, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. Requirements
- One year of high school coaching experience is preferred; experience in basketball is preferred.
- Current Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate or Certificate of Clearance.
- First Aid certification.
- CPR certification; this can be obtained through Springs after hire.
- CIF concussion certification, required upon hire.
- Complete the EDJOIN application; a resume does not replace the application.
- Upload all required application documents, including a Letter of Introduction, two Letters of Recommendation, the required clearance document, and a resume.
- Provide transcripts before hire if education is required by the position or claimed on the application; transcripts are also used to determine salary placement.
- A competency test is part of the recruitment process.
