About The Position

This is a seasonal, non-safety sensitive position for a Gift Stocker in Tulsa. The role involves general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, labeling merchandise with a scan gun, moving merchandise to the sales floor, and ensuring displays look their best. The position also requires changing displays and signage, using proper procedures for tools and lifting, assisting other departments, checking daily assignments, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Positive attitude when working with customers
• Ability to work in a face paced environment
• Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion
• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs constantly to move objects

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties such as, but not limited to: loading and unloading of trucks, make sure all merchandise is labeled with a destination using a scan gun properly, move merchandise to the floor using carts
• Move merchandise from on bay to another as instructed
• Making sure merchandise that is being displayed looks the best possible way it can
• Change or rotate displays and signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion
• Use proper procedures when working with knifes, flat carts, and lifting merchandise
• Assisting other departments in the warehouse as needed
• Check daily closing assignments and responsibilities
• Use excellent customer relations when working with internal and external customers
• Perform any other duties as directed by management
