About The Position
Pirates Voyage is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our crew as Gift Shop Employees. This role is ideal for those passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people. As a dinner show, the hours will vary based on the show schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
Requirements
- Ages 16 and Up
Responsibilities
- Welcoming, greeting and directing the guests
- Assist guests with their purchases
- Process credit cards
- Operate a cash register and balance the cash drawer at the end of each day
- Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times
- Assist with set up, stock, and cleaning duties as needed in the Village.
- Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job
