About The Position

At Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner Attraction, we provide a unique and fun dining experience where families can enjoy delicious food, captivating entertainment, and lasting memories. Our gift shop plays an important role in helping guests remember their visit, offering a variety of fun and themed merchandise for all ages. We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Gift Shop Attendant to join our team and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the gift shop, provide information of the offered products.
• Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payment.
• Tag, stock, and organize merchandise in gift shop accordingly.
• Be prepared to answer questions related to the performance.
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed in the gift shop and entrance area.
