About The Position

Taco Bell is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator to support the execution and delivery of Gift Card initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes, ensuring seamless production, fulfillment, and platform readiness across all Gift Card channels. This individual will own Gift Card production and operational workflows, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines, quality, and accuracy from initial setup through launch. The role also supports franchisee onboarding, platform merchandising, and B2B operations to ensure a smooth and scalable program experience. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized, proactive in problem-solving, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to navigate operational complexity are key to success. The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of the Gift Card program by maintaining operational excellence, resolving issues, and supporting continuous process improvements.
