About The Position

The Bilingual Virtual Territory Manager will be responsible for communicating with healthcare professionals on educating and detailing the unique product. With the right attitude and energy, the candidate will be given the opportunity to build their own career. This role involves conducting outbound calls to healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists) on behalf of the client to deliver approved key sales messages and provide ongoing support to drive sales growth. The manager will accurately document key insights and interactions in the CRM system, follow approved call guides to communicate consistent and compliant messaging, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. The goal is to ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), call targets, and sales objectives, while identifying opportunities to grow existing business and promote additional services. The role requires strong analytical skills to manage the territory effectively and maximize performance.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree required (science preferred)
  • 1–2 years of sales experience (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience an asset)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and analyzing performance trends
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage territory coverage
  • Business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Energetic, motivated, and results-driven
