About The Position

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Territory Manager (VTM) to engage virtually or via phone with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) nationally to represent our global healthcare partner with vaccine healthcare brand(s), delivery of key messaging with the aim of increasing brand awareness and product use. The jobholder will work remotely. The VTM will report to the Business Manager, Commercial Services at Inizio Engage Canada. This is a 7-month contract.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, (Business or science preferred).
  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Excellent customer service and patient centric focused.
  • Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of immunology (vaccines) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with pharmacists and specialized clinic stakeholders by placing outbound phone and/or virtual calls on behalf of the client to deliver key selling messages and continuous support to increase product awareness and recommendation in the right population.
  • Deliver key selling messages to HCPs based on client-approved strategy, plan of action (POA) and training, using approved marketing tools and material.
  • Build rapport with customers through high-quality interactions and identifying the customer and patient needs.
  • Manage relationships with key influencers, client, and all Inizio Engage business units through regular touchpoints to ensure program KPIs are delivered and to attain or exceed service goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed program-related KPIs, as communicated by direct manager.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Submit call activity daily in the Client Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Support with maintaining existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities to the direct manager, the team, and at times, the client to provide feedback and solutions to the client’s needs.
