In this role, you will: • Lead integrated weekly meetings for your respective work package • Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the Program • Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packages • Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans • Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phase • Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes (a good understanding of processes and adhering to standards/regulations). • Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline • Lead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changes; • Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process; • Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board; • Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change’s life-cycle.

Requirements

  • Engineering Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Five (3) to eight (6) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved
  • French and English
  • 3 days per week at Mirabel
  • Good Communication and soft skills
