Requirements

  • Engineering Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Three (3) to eight (8) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
  • Availability to work at Mirabel three (3) days per week.

  • Experience in aerospace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated weekly meetings for your respective work package
  • Develop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the Program
  • Manage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packages
  • Identify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plans
  • Ensure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phase
  • Ensure compliance to all governing documents and processes (a good understanding of processes and adhering to standards/regulations).
  • Participate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timeline
  • Lead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changes;
  • Ensure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the process;
  • Prepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review Board;
  • Actively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change’s life-cycle.
