This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Requirements

  • University degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects
  • Excellent command of project management tools (MS Project)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand internal and external operational challenges
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Very good knowledge of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
  • Monitor deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal teams)
  • Prepare progress reports and present results to management
  • Lead project teams and foster a culture of collaboration
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and become a reference point within the organization
