The Windsor, Quebec, Canada facility is looking for skilled individuals to fill the position of Project Manager - Engineering. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Chemical, Biotechnological, or other).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing major or multiple projects.
Dynamic and autonomous.
Teamwork skills.
Leadership and sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability for rapid assimilation and adaptation in a constantly evolving environment.
Results-oriented.
Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
Proficiency in French and English (both oral and written).

Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate, and monitor projects, ensuring their alignment with established objectives.
Collaborate actively with internal clients to understand their needs, ensure effective communication, and guarantee that projects meet operational expectations.
Act as a mobilizing leader by prioritizing communication, engagement, and establishing a climate of trust.
Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets, and ensure they are met.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project progress.
Identify and manage risks by implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth and successful execution of projects.
Supervise project teams, contractors, and external consultants.
Provide technical assistance to operations and maintenance, as well as other plant departments.
Identify issues and develop solutions to resolve encountered problems (troubleshooting).
Ensure the application of health and safety, environmental, quality, and responsible management standards and policies in all project activities.
