About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of 15 to 20 dental clinics, representing approximately $40–45 million in annual revenue, across the Greater Montreal region. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Clinic Leads, ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding patient experience across the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multisite operations management, ideally in healthcare or dental industries.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Solid business acumen with strong financial and KPI understanding.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clinical and operational partners.
  • Comfort leading change in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Agile leadership style with strong execution and prioritization abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Frequent travel within the Greater Montreal region.
  • A minimum on-site presence at the Montreal office once per week.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, Dental Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of dental regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and Clinic Leads.
  • Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability.
  • Build leadership capability and succession across the region.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and high performance.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality patient experiences across all clinics.
  • Partner with lead dentists and clinical teams to support clinical excellence initiatives.
  • Oversee efficient scheduling and patient flow to optimize operations.
  • Support escalation management and resolution of patient concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and provincial standards.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in revenue, patient engagement, hygiene production, pricing strategy, and workforce management.
  • Lead operational change and support clinics through growth and transformation.
  • Support integration of new clinics in collaboration with integration and training teams.
  • Own regional financial performance (P&L accountability).
  • Support Clinic Managers with budgeting, forecasting, and labor optimization.
  • Review payroll, labor management, and cost controls.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Ensure strong execution of daily administrative operations at clinic level.
  • Strengthen collaboration between clinics and corporate support teams.
  • Reinforce accountability in payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking, and accounts receivable.
