Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication, including significant brand management experience
  • 3 to 5 years of team management experience in a multidisciplinary context
  • Demonstrated experience in developing brand and communication strategies in a complex or multi-touchpoint environment (network, retail, health, or services)
  • Solid expertise in developing multi-channel campaigns and storytelling (CRM, web, social media, content)
  • Ability to structure clear and consistent messages for diverse audiences: patients, member clinics, candidates, and internal clients
  • Experience in an environment involving multiple stakeholders, with the ability to align, influence, and advance projects without direct authority
  • Good understanding of communication issues in a regulated environment, with rigor on compliance (professional orders, industry standards)
  • Excellent ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver in a high-volume environment with multiple deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into concrete recommendations
  • Mobilizing and collaborative leadership, with the ability to operate at both the strategic level and in execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French

Responsibilities

  • Defines, evolves, and ensures the consistency of the brand positioning across the network, ensuring alignment of messages, communications, and content.
  • Translates business directions into relevant brand and communication strategies capable of supporting brand awareness, preference, and engagement among different clienteles.
  • Ensures that all brand expressions—national, local, and internal—faithfully reflect its identity, values, and role within the network.
  • Collaborates closely with internal teams and member clinics to ensure consistent adoption of the positioning in all application contexts.
  • Structures and manages national campaigns, ensuring their strategic consistency, quality of execution, and ability to be effectively deployed in clinics.
  • Develops and oversees integrated communication plans tailored to different audiences (patients, member clinics, recruitment, internal communications).
  • Supervises content production (editorial, visual, digital) to ensure clear, consistent, and distinctive messages across all touchpoints.
  • Defines and orchestrates the communication strategy by channel (CRM, web, social media), adjusting approaches based on audiences and objectives.
  • Ensures the coherent integration of partner initiatives, including COOP campaigns, within an overall brand logic.
  • Acts as the guardian of brand consistency, ensuring alignment between strategic design and operational deployment.
  • Collaborates with teams responsible for marketing operations and member experience to ensure smooth and effective execution throughout the network.
  • Supports internal functions (HR, recruitment, management, events) in structuring their communications in line with brand standards.
  • Ensures communications comply with industry standards and professional order requirements.
  • Defines performance indicators related to campaigns, content, and brand health, and ensures rigorous monitoring.
  • Analyzes results (engagement, conversion, in-clinic adoption) and formulates concrete recommendations for continuous strategy optimization.
  • Works in collaboration with CRM, digital, and media expertise to integrate content strategies into acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Leads, mobilizes, and develops a multidisciplinary team (content, design, CRM/digital, social media), ensuring clarity of roles and talent development.
  • Structures processes and work methods (briefs, validations, standards, tools) to improve quality, efficiency, and speed of execution.
  • Fosters effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners, with a focus on collective performance.
