About The Position

The Associate Brand Manager (ABM), Keurig Trademark (Canada) supports the development and execution of brand strategies, playing a critical role in launching net new innovation with Keurig, campaign execution, annual planning, and performance management. Reporting into the Sr. Brand Manager, this role ensures plans are delivered with excellence - on time, on budget, and aligned to strategy. The ABM is a key contributor to annual brand planning, monthly leadership share outs, and the 3-Year Strategic Plan (3YSP), bringing strong analytical capability, executional rigor, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of progressive marketing or brand experience (CPG preferred).
  • Strong executional skills across campaigns, innovation launches, and project management.
  • Experience managing budgets and performance tracking.
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize and share insights clearly.
  • French & English language (written and spoken) are required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of annual brand plans and key inputs into the 3YSP, grounded in consumer insights and business performance.
  • Contribute analysis, learning, and recommendations to inform brand strategy and prioritization.
  • Lead execution of brand campaigns and initiatives across channels (in-store, digital, social, retailer media, eCommerce).
  • Support innovation launches including US toolkit Canadian adoption, asset development, packaging, claims support, and go-to-market execution.
  • Manage agencies and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality execution.
  • Leverage consumer and shopper insights to inform execution and optimization.
  • Support pre- and post-launch analysis, translating results into clear learnings and actions.
  • Track performance against KPIs and support corrective action plans.
  • Manage assigned portions of the brand marketing budget, including forecasting, accruals, and spend tracking.
  • Develop execution and selling tools (sell decks, one-pagers, toolkits) to support Commercial teams.
  • Prepare monthly leadership share outs, ensuring clear, concise updates on performance, initiatives, and risks.
  • Support cross-functional alignment across Commercial, eCommerce, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Insights.
  • Collaborate closely with eCommerce and omnichannel teams to ensure cohesive execution across the consumer journey.
