About The Position

We are looking for a Manager to simultaneously lead our Private Medicine and Corporate Medical Services (CMS) departments. This is an excellent opportunity to prove yourself and build your career within the large GSE group! You will be a true conductor for our Sainte-Foy and Charlesbourg clinics. On a daily basis, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team composed of a coordinator for private medicine, medical secretaries, customer experience ambassadors, nurses, nurse practitioners, an administrative team (sales, billing), account managers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant studies completed, or relevant experience is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience. Solid background in the healthcare sector (knowledge of occupational medicine and WSIB/CNESST laws) is a strong asset.
  • Political intelligence, great diplomacy, strong autonomy, and sharp interpersonal skills to rally diverse professional profiles.
  • Strategic vision, analytical mind (understanding of financial statements), excellent organizational skills, mastery of French (functional English).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Hopem and Myle software is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong relationship of trust with physicians. You will ensure the integration of new professionals, lead meetings, coordinate schedules/absences, and foster their adherence to the clinic's quality standards.
  • Ensure the profitability of your departments. In conjunction with management, you will manage the finances of your sectors (analysis of revenues/expenses, cost control) and supervise billing in synergy with accounting.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage problem resolution (including customer complaints), and provide outstanding consulting services to client companies on technical and legal aspects.
  • Act as a pillar for your employees by managing all human resources (recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training, and mobilization).
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, guide campaigns, implement new projects, and lead actions to ensure the growth of our services.
